Location
I work both in person and remotely via Zoom.
My practice is on Castle Hill in Lancaster, a few minutes walk from Lancaster train station.
It is conveniently located for clients coming from Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Cumbria and Yorkshire.
If you come by car, there is plenty of car parking space in the area.
Appointments
The first appointment allows us to explore your motivations for seeking psychotherapy and to determine if we can work together. If I feel that I am not the best suited person, I will recommend colleagues or organisations that may be better able to help you.
Fees
I charge £60 per hour for individual psychotherapy.
A reduced rate may be available to people on low income.
I charge for the first meeting only if we agree to work together.
The format and cost of your therapy is discussed during our first appointment.
